Define and develop Software Defined Data Governance in the Watson Data Platform
for automatic in-line enforcement of data privacy and use policies.
The result was an extensible framework for defining and orchestrating data transformations
in response to dynamic policy decisions on metadata-based policies, supporting a library
of data transforms that could be used to govern different types of data assets and
optimizations for scalability and performance.
